This is a spectacular and unbelievable story about a tiny human being mistaken by scientists and ancient Alien believer's that it's a tiny Extraterrestrial, but it's not... Apparently!
I mean c'mon, it really looks like an Alien so it's no wonder that people are seeing this and instantly thinking "Alien being" which is a mistake but a forgivable one. I was one of them so I want forgiveness lol. But science is science okay, and it is, what it is, it's been proved beyond any doubt through genome technology that it's a human being. Okay it's got some strange features and bizarre statistics like only having 9 ribs and an elongated head, it's tiny and can fit in an average person's hand yet it's fully formed. In comparison to it's own head and a average person's head, it's like walking around with a large basketball for a head.

Some Ancient Alien groups still believe to this day that the whole story is a conspiracy and a cover up designed to cover up the fact that Extraterrestrials exist and that there's many species with intelligence and enough intelligence to leave their own home planet and travel through space surveying all that they see. If it sounds familiar to you, that's because it is a very familiar story. This exactly what human beings have done and are still doing right now, to this day. And it's literally what we've been doing since day one of space travel without any change to it's directive and has become a reality all in itself.

None of this has ever been done, since mankind's gone into space everything that is done is a world's first - in a space kind of way. That's what I mean by it's, it's own reality lol. Outside of this is it's own reality and we are bringing it into existence by moving forward, we're bringing it into being just by pressing ahead, by being there and perceiving it. Which, it begs the question, is surveying and cataloguing everything that we see in space an inner encoded directive because if it is, it's called innate. Personally I believe that this is determined by the technology that has been created becausethis must influence the direction that all humansgo in? If something is invented during the species in question time line then it's a sign post, it's a set of directions that we perceived and that influences our next move, not what our genes tell us? But that's just a guess, i could be way off. But...
For instance, our own technological inventions time line, was largely determined because of war. So we are what we are and we are where we are due to war. In regards to technology leaps.
Necessity and life or death, winning or defeat, this all played a huge part in the development of the human race. After all the major wars of the world a massive revolution took place afterwards which shaped the history and it's inevitable direction. If we look back at our own history we can see that the United States became the power hous of might straight after the Second World War. American technology was and still is exported everywhere around the world. Now, at the polar opposite of this let's explore for 2 seconds what the world might have looked if (God forbid) the axis of hate had won.
This is why I'm saying that after most if not all war's there's a massive change. In fact it's more than likely why the world is and the way it looks right now because the US, UK, Canada, France, Holland, Etc etc. Democracy won and the world is free which is called the Allies.

So, what would an Extraterrestrial species look like, what would their technology look like and these factors I've mentioned will all have a definite effect on their evolution.

It's amazing how we need to bow down to science even when we are 99 point 9.9 percent sure that something is what we say it is. I really thought it was an Alien I'll be honest with you. I'm sure I'm not alone on this. There's probably plenty of people that still think it is an Alien but science is science and as people who are into UFOs and Aliens, we need a target, an authority otherwise it's all for nothing as it's just opinions and I know I've wrote it already but that's only because it's something that I strongly believe in. But if I don't believe something, I will still have that opinion but at the end of the day if the science is irrefutable and beyond opinion then it's real.
A Chilean newspaper has reported that the remains were discovered on Oct. 19, 2003 by a man by the name of Oscar Munoz who was doing excavation in search of objects of historical value in La Noria, a relatively uninhabited town in the Atacama Desert. While doing his work near an abandoned church Munoz discovered a white cloth containing what the newspaper has reported as ‘a strange skeleton no bigger than 15cm [the size of a pen]’. Aside from the figure’s obvious distinctions of size, color, and shape what added to its mystery was the fact that it possessed nine ribs, in contrast to a human’s 12.
It's a strange one this because it's clearly a real entity. It's clearly part of a species and it's not a disfigured being because it's absolutely got symmetry and deformation (usually in any being or animal) is well, disfigured but this supposedly human being is very equal looking. It's arms are the same length, it's legs are the same, feet etc. This is what used to convince me that it's part of a larger Alien species (we now know it to be the Human race) which all more than likely looked like this. The 9 ribs (it say's in the source 9 and 10 in the video) but it's tiny, it looks fully developed and unfortunately we must eliminate anything that say's it's an Alien because our science says it's a human being according to it's genes so we must respect that answer no matter what we think we know.
