Missile Formation Mistaken For UFOs 20 years Later

Recently, a video of a supposed formation of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) went viral on social media.

Missile Formation Mistaken For UFOs 16 years ago.

I've personally not shared the video of the so-called UFO formation but I am helping to clarify the error.

Video

It has been clarified that the formation was a Baghdad-bound cruise missile formation from a long time ago. The video was uploaded to the Herosmith channel on YouTube 16 years ago.

The video was initially from 2003, March 22nd. It was from Operation Iraqi Freedom. It states it all in the YouTube video at the beginning. The link to the YouTube video is at the bottom of this article.

It is important to note that without proper context, videos and images shared on social media can be misinterpreted. In this case, various different sources posted the video as a UFO sighting and the lack of information led to the mislabeling of the formation as UFOs. Therefore, it is crucial to verify the authenticity of information before sharing it on social media.

But that's one of the biggest challenges in all Ufology.

In conclusion, the previously mentioned UFO formation has been clarified as a Baghdad-bound cruise missile formation. The video was uploaded to YouTube 16 years ago and without proper context, it was mislabeled as UFOs. It is important to verify the information before sharing it on social media to avoid spreading misinformation. I have jumped in head first with opinions on UFO sightings only for them to be something else entirely. It happens as not everyone is perfect, we're human beings we make mistakes but what makes us good at what we do is correcting our mistakes.

It's easily done by anyone with all the best intentions in the world but ultimately misidentifying the sighting as a UFO event is important for Ufology to be put right. It's great that we get the information out there when it comes up and a big thumbs up to the people who did update their post's with the correct information.

There are a few researchers even putting their tags into the video but it pays to look up the information contained in the video.

A simple search might be enough to bring up the relevant information using Google Lens which is a free service. It's great that researchers are updating their previous posts, good job guys were not perfect and we will make mistakes, it happens sometimes.

If you've got any thoughts on this please share it with us in the comments, cheers. Also don't forget to share this post, thanks.
